If you are unable to export and download your transcript, it may be because you are behind a firewall and the Simon Says website is being blocked from downloading your file to your computer.

The error will usually show up as "Your Media is not transcribed" but your media is in fact transcribed. This is the symptom oftentimes from a firewall which is blocking the Simon Says website.

Solution:
