95%+ oftentimes but it depends on the quality of your recording.
Simon often delivers 98%+ accuracy and many users have said it is perfect.
Artificial intelligence technology has made huge advances over the recent years but it is not optimal in every situation.
The greatest determinant of accuracy is the quality of the recording. If your audio has a lot of background noise, your transcript's accuracy will suffer.
If there is little/no background noise, you use lapel mics, and one person speaks at a time: you will get better results. Clear audio recorded of speakers who have their own microphone will result in a much more accurate transcript.
Also: add your industry jargon and names to a custom dictionary to increase accuracy.
